Cylinder box making press mold , Paper casting a strong box with 3D printer parts

Paper casting is centuries old technique, in which, we use paper as casting material, there are various ways to cast paper, Paper is one of the tough materials to work and cast.

I am here trying to make use of 3D printing technique to cast paper pulp. Using a custom made 3D printed mold, it becomes easy to cast paper into simple 3d shapes. In this video, we are making paper pulp.

There are 3 videos, showing the complete process, which is as follows:

1. We make paper pulp, using a mixer grinder
2. We use 3D printed molds to cast paper into rings
3. We join rings together to make a cylinder.

The top and bottom pieces are also casted, however those molds, I will post in another post
