Remade this, original one is useless imo, print head can hit it when it’s at the top position.
Technically it should be fine, I’ve integrated distance in the base, base can be printed on the side, supports only under shaft. It should be easier to slide it in, it doesn’t move on my printer.
Also wheel now needs 606 2RS(6x17x6mm) bearing for easier guidence of the filament, you can modify it in original file for your needs. Dependend on your printer accuracy inserting bearing may differ, adjust it in rhino file dependent for your needs.
Use whatever zip-tie to secure wheel.

Attached Rhino model file, you can edit unmeshed parts there for easier modifications.
