This is only the top cover redone with a chequered flag inlay for those who might like such a thing.
Make sure you align the parts in your slicer carefully !
Print as far forward on the build plate as practical so your bed level probe doesn’t hit
the first print whilst preparing for the second.
Disable skirts and rafts and anything else that involves extrusion pre print.
Print at .2mm layer height and print “Top cover insert” first, it is only 2 layers. Mine was done in white.
Enable z hop @ .5mm for the “Top cover flag” file. Mine was done in black.
If you aligned everything correctly you should have a nice smooth inlay.
Check out CHEP on youtube, “2 color printing with z hop” if my bodgy instructions are unclear, I am new to this multicolour inlay printing myself. 😉
