Adafruit Macropad Case w/ Hole for Reset Button and JST Connector

Added a hole to nlapenn’s Adafruit Macropad Case (Outer_Case_Slim) for the Reset button and JST connector on the side of the board. I did not actually print it but it is based off measurements taken after I drilled out the original version. It ended up being more trouble than it was worth to take everything back apart but I figured this may be useful to others.
